  • Is this program suited for everyone?

    The Long Covid Recovery Program is suited for everyone that has had Covid, no matter how long you have had symptoms and no matter how severe your situation is. You can do this program in your own pace, depending on your energy level.

  • How much time does it take?

    You spend about 25-35 minutes a day on your recovery. Depending on the severity and the adherence to the program some people recover in 6-12 weeks. And for some it takes more time.

  • It is covered by my health insurance?

    Some insurance companies cover our program. Contact your insurance to check what they cover for you. Often your employer will sponsor, because you will be back to work sooner.
